AutoXing Robot Models: Scheduled Tasks

What are Scheduled Tasks? 

The robot can be scheduled to perform certain tasks at different times daily.

Examples/Ideas...
1. If the robot is needed in the kitchen at 9am, it can be scheduled to leave it's charger and go to the kitchen standby point at 8:45am.
2. If the robot is needed to greet in the lobby at 4pm, it can be scheduled to go to the lobby standby point 3:45pm. 

To schedule tasks, follow the instructions below.

Scheduling Tasks

1. Click the red button on the top right corner of the robot screen.

      

















2. Click "Settings."



3. Type in "9999" for the password.




4. Click on "Timing Settings."




5. Choose what kind of task  to schedule.
      a. Timed Recharge: The robot will go back to the charger at the scheduled time.
      b. Timed Standby: The robot will go to the standby point at the scheduled time. 
      c. Custom Task: The robot will go on the selected cruise route at the scheduled time. (2 point minimum must be chosen.)




Timed Recharge and Timed Standby

1. Click on either the Recharge or Standby button.
2. Enter the wanted time for the robot to complete the task. 
3. Select the day/days you want the robot to do this task.
4. Name the task.
5. The task will then appear in the list of scheduled tasks and can be deleted at any time. 

Custom Task

1. Click on the Custom Task button.
2. Enter the wanted time for for the robot to start the cruise route. 
3. Click "Add" to create a new cruise route.
4. Choose all the stopping points for the cruise route and click "Confirm" when finished. *Order matters.*
5. Name the cruise route. *Routes are saved and can be chosen again at a later point.*
6. The route is now in the list of created routes. Click on it and hit "Next."
7. Choose how many cycles the cruise route should run. 
8. Select the day/days the cruise route should run. 
9. Name the task.
10. The task will then appear in the list of scheduled tasks and can be deleted at any time.
